Nik and I shot the first three quarters of the game. We initially agreed that we will have our third photo challenge. But she couldn't manage to get a decent picture up to her standard. So, we were just clicking at every opportunity we see fit.
Every end of a quarter. Nik and I will meet and I'll show some decent action shot that I captured. While Nik showed nothing. I thought she's just pretending and hiding her shots from me. But she said she'll concede on our photo challenge. I said we'll stop the photo challenge.
The first three quarters were rough. The players were being banged up. Nik and I couldn't enjoy the game and we decided to watch the final quarter and not shoot.
Fourth quarter begins with an 18 point lead against the green team. So we were complacent that the blue team would win. After 6 minutes of the game, the blue team was in a drought. they couldn't get any point in. While the green team was hitting all their 3 pointers.
and then commotion begins..
The referee and #4 blue got in a heated argument. where #4 blue rushed to the referee and wanted to fight him. One would expect that the green team would be happy that one of the blue players would be thrown out. BUT WAIT! there's more! Here comes one of green players. Rushing to the same referee and blurting "ABA GAGO KA PALA E BAKET KA NANGGAGAGAGO?" To the green player's defense. #4 blue and that particular green player are good friends.
If, I could put my opinion here on who's wrong or right. I'd say you shouldn't trash talk a referee. He's carrying a whistle and in the court, during a game. One can't say stuffs and not get reprimanded. You'd lose possession and a free throw. and of course the continuity of the game.
and bottom line. BLUE TEAM LOST.
