Cotton On, one of Australia's fastest growing retailers, with the mission “To be the dominant value fashion brand globally,” has been pushed to enter the Philippine clothing industry.

As an idea that was born out of a marketing exercise, our group chose to create a marketing plan for Cotton On here in the Philippines. Targeting the street casual segment, from teens to young adults of income brackets A and B, Cotton On is set to compete with top brands such as TopShop, Zara and Mango. For its relatively low prices and stylish designs made of comfortable cotton material, it will definitely prove to be a strong competitor in the market.

“To the individualistic and sociable youth who want to express and impress, Cotton On is the one brand that aims to bring out the confidence the youth deserve to have, from the freedom they can experience wearing affordable clothes made of quality cotton and that are truly representative of the high-end street fashion of their generation.”


From an insight. To a dream made possible.

Hopefully, we see Cotton On here in the Philippines sometime soon. Chinee and I will definitely hoard.
